If you want to splurge a little, we recommend the course in which you can enjoy wild torafugu directly shipped from Shimonoseki. We offer the same delicious taste all year round! We also offer a course in which you can enjoy "torafugu" and "eel" at the same time at our Kitashinchi branch in Osaka.

Menus

Tecchiri," which has been patronized since the establishment of the restaurant, has the delicious taste of fugu in its broth. Guenpin's "tessa" is a thicker than usual version of "tessa," and you can also enjoy the elasticity that only sashimi can provide. We also offer other fugu dishes that can be served with sake, such as the "boiled skin" with its addictive crunchy texture and the "fried fish" marinated in a special sauce and deep-fried to a crisp, as well as "eel" grilled to a fluffy perfection and "crab" that is very filling.
